| Creating Hand-in-Hand Community Outreach Programs
Creating Hand-in-Hand is the Art Association’s series of outreach programs dedicated to providing art instruction (at little or no cost) for students and clients, as well as art training for staff, of many Jackson Hole community organizations and schools. Each of these organizations serves special populations in our community and bridges gaps in school and public arts education, including:
C-V Ranch - residential home and school for children with special needs
Community Entry Services - program for adults with disabilities
Mountain House - community mental health outreach center
Red Top Meadows - residential facility for troubled teenage boys
Senior Center of Jackson Hole - providing meals, health and recreation services
St. John’s Living Center - nursing home facility at St. John’s hospital
The Sunshine Station Pre-K - educational facility for children 2-5 years old
Little Learners Pre-K - daycare facility for children 2-5 years old
Sunshine Pre-School - home day care facility for children 2-5 years old
Teton Literacy Program - providing literacy education and resources
Van Vleck House – serving troubled valley youth • Meet the Masters – Elementary/Middle School programs including in Teton Valley, ID
YARD Art (Young Artist Revolutionary Designs) – High School program
Summit High School – alternative public High School
Myles Borshell Memorial & Art Association Scholarship for High School Senior(s)
