$100 for an unlimited monthly pass or a punch card of 7 sessions (valid for 4 months)
Art Association membership is required
Open studio schedule varies and is posted in the Ceramics Studio. Both options cost $100 and include one 25 pound bag of clay, firing and glazing fees. Additional clay may be purchased for $16 per bag. No instruction is included with open studio access.

Intermediate Throwing

For the intermediate potter, this class will focus on perfecting throwing skills using larger amounts of clay to create composite forms such as teapots, casseroles, covered jars, and glazing skills using a variety of dipping, spraying and waxing techniques.

This class will explore various alternate firing techniques that combines primitive firing methods with contemporary surface making. The first half of the class will concentrate on producing pieces to fire and preparation of surfaces, the second half of the class will focus on the three different firing processes.

Building It Big With Clay

This class concentrates on the building and installation of ceramic work outdoors. Projects include wall mounted sculptural tiles, Mexican chimineas, and large sectional pieces. Lectures will address the use of epoxy adhesives and other considerations of putting work in the outdoor environment. This class will use special sculptural clay. (Must have previous hand building experience)
