NEW IN 2008!

ARTISTS IN RESIDENCY
January 28 – February 15
New York artists, Christopher K. Ho and Daniel Bouthot, will be spending 3 weeks working with the Art Association as Artists-in-Residence.  Watch for more information about their activities as they collaborate with YARD Art and host gallery discussions about the role of contemporary art in Jackson. As collaborating installation artists Christopher and Daniel will invite the community to participate in a site-specific sculpture project.  Specific dates and invitations to view and participate in their work will be posted in January.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS POLICY
Classes/Workshops must be paid in full at registration to confirm space. A 90% refund is given upon withdrawal at least two weeks prior to start of classes and one month prior to visiting artist workshops. No refunds will be given after these deadlines. Occasionally we must cancel a class/workshop due to low enrollment, faculty illness or other unforseen circumstances. Notification of cancellation will occur at least one week prior to classes or one month prior to workshops; in rare cases it may be less. In those cases full refunds will be given.

Materials:
It is the responsibility of the students to know their own sensitivities to the materials that may be used in any of the classes. All adult classes require students to bring their own supplies. Students can obtain a supply list at the time of registration or through our website. Some supply fees may apply.

Photo Policy:
Photo images taken during classes, workshops and functions may be used by the Art Association in promotional materials.
