Ceramics
Our Ceramics Studio is located on the first floor at the South End of the Center for the Arts. A 2,050 square foot studio equipped with all necessary tools and equipment for wheel thrown, hand built, slip cast, or sculptural ceramics. The studio has 3 roll-up bay doors to allow easy loading of large work and a fantastic way to open the studio during the summer. Equipment includes: 1 extruder, 1 - 24” x 48” slab roller, 12 wheels, 3 electric kilns, 2 gas down draft kilns, 1 soda kiln and 2 raku set-ups.

Ceramics Dept. Staff (no instruction)
Days/Times: Varies, check schedule at studio.
Option 1:
unlimited use during 1 month
Option 2:
Punch card of 7 sessions
(valid for 4 months)
Art Association Membership is required

Both options cost $100 and include one 25-pound bag of clay of your choice, firing and glazing fees. Additional clay may be purchased for $16 per bag. Recycled clay may be purchased for $8 a 30 pound bag.
No instruction is included with open studio access. Please note that open studio is not available when classes and workshops are in session.
