| Course Description |
| For the student potter looking to expand their skills, this class focuses on perfecting throwing skills using larger amounts of clay to create composite forms, such as teapots, casseroles, covered jars, and glazing skills using a variety of dipping, spraying and waxing techniques. A soda firing will be included in this course. 25 pounds of clay included.

| Jenny Dowd grew up in Kansas where she attended Kansas State University to pursue a BFA in ceramics. She later attended the University of Missouri and graduated with a MFA in ceramics and fibers. Currently Jenny is the Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator at the Art Association. She also teaches beginning and intermediate ceramics classes. www.jennydowd.com |
