Session II: WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE

Emily Boespflug and Tasha Cronk

Course Description
Learn the process of printing and painting on your very own gelatin workstation! Print a poster or cards using this fun and unique technique for adults and children alike. Then take your work a step further adding pop-out features, bling and flair.
Instructor
Emily Boespflug is a Sheridan native with a passion for the arts and outdoor activity. She holds a BFA from the University of Wyoming in studio art with a minor in Psychology focused on childhood development. Upon graduating, she continued her interest in Art Therapy providing art opportunities for seniors and the mentally ill through the UW School of nursing. She has been teaching art classes in a variety of media and range of ages for ten years, from toddler handprinting to beginning drawing and painting. Emily currently oversees the Youth Education program.

Tasha Cronk has lived in Jackson for over 10 years, and has worked with children in the community, including teaching preschool and for the Art Association's Outreach Education, for most of that time. She has a BA from the University of Massachusetts and has taken many continuing education classes in art and child education. She has taught kids art classes for the Art Association since 2002.
