| Explore a wide range of concepts applicable to everything from personal adornment to narrative objects. Through demonstrations and hands-on projects, discover traditional and alternative materials such as silver, copper, wire, recycled materials and found objects to investigate color and collage as a design tool. Emphasis on methods in selection, integration and assemblage. Riveting, wire manipulations, bezel settings, fusing, cold connections and surface texture. Basic sawing, filing and soldering skills required. Additional material fee may apply. |

| Robert Ebendorf is a master jewelry maker in America today. His work is famed for his imaginative combining of disparate materials. He helped shape the American craft movement since the early 1960s. Internationally known for using unusual materials that range from crab claws to Formica ColorCore along with gold, silver and bronze, Ebendorf's work defies categorization. |
