Must be 21 and over with a valid ID to register for this class
This class is a basic beginning beer-making course with an emphasis on the brewing process and sanitation. Students will be guided through each stage of brewing, fermentation, and bottling. A wealth of information, references, and resources will be given to each student to prepare them for brewing on their own. The final class meeting is a tasting session. No prior brewing experience required. Students will be required to supply their own 5 gallon cooking pot. This class is co-sponsored by the Snake River Brewery. |
