| Course Description |
This class will focus on the fundamentals of drawing. You will discover how to create elements and principles of design through the use of line, volume, value, shadows, texture, proportion, space and composition. Emphasis on composition and design will give any student the confidence to find their creative approach and critical judgment
in the process of art making. |
| Instructor |
| Tom Woodhouse attended the Kendall College of Art and Design and graduated from Antioch College where he studied printmaking. Tom has been teaching art for almost 20 years in Jackson Hole. He has taught every age group in that time, focusing on wood block printmaking, drawing, painting, and sculpture. He has taught for the Art Association of Jackson Hole, the National Museum of Wildlife Art, and Central Wyoming College. |
