| Course Description |
| If you have been curious about the differences between acrylic and oil paints, then this afternoon is for you! Sharon will focus on acrylic paints, brushes, surfaces and mediums while Emily will dive into oil paints. Bring your materials and questions or try out the materials in the studio. Emily and Sharon will discuss the technical, functional and artistic qualities of these materials as well as how to make a basic color chart for your palette. |

Emily Boespflug completed her formal art training at the University of Wyoming, earning a BFA in Fine Art and a minor in Psychology. She has been teaching students of all ages through the Art Association’s outreach programs, classes, and camps since 2004. Prior to living in Jackson Hole, Emily taught preschool for several years in Laramie, Cheyenne, and Orlando, FL where she spent three years as a working artist, painting murals, creating works on canvas, in watercolor and flying hang gliders anytime in between. She is happy to call Jackson home, where she has settled into a balanced lifestyle as a painter, teacher, and outdoor enthusiast.
