| Course Description |
| In this class, students will develop a portfolio with a consistent quality. Students will learn how to organize photographs with thematic interest, edit on a technical and aesthetic level and learn how to focus on subjects that are inspiring and creative. There will be critiques, insightful lessons and assignments each week and by the end of the class, the student will have a body of work with at least 12 images ready for presentation. |

| Jon Stuart's photographs focus on the modern West. He began teaching as an assistant for Ansel Adams Yosemite Workshops. Since the 1970's he has lead photography workshops for the Teton Science School, the Snake River Institute, Central Wyoming College and the Art Association of Jackson Hole. His work has been exhibited at the National Museum of Wildlife Art, the University of Wyoming Art Museum, the Nicolaysen Musem, the Wyoming State Museum, and the Wyoming Arts Council Gallery. He is represented by the Oswald Gallery in Jackson Hole. |
